Wer zum ersten Mal auf dem Theremin spielt, dem kann es völlig willkürlich vorkommen, wie man dem Instrument eine Melodie entlockt. Georgia Koumará gibt einen Einblick in die komplizierte und doch schöne Beziehung zu ihrer Thereminfrau namens Clara.

C:       
If you could write words, you wouldn’t have spent so many hours of your life writing music.

G:       
Oh someone sounds a little bit irritated.

C:        
Ach, how nice of you to notice!

G:       
Being dramatic much?

C:       
You left me home alone for weeks, watching your plants slowly die!! I almost died out of boredom!!

G:       
Clara, you know I had to work …

C:

G:

G:

C:

G:       
I missed your analog wave­shaping circuit, which imbues ethereal sonic character and empowers rich sound sculpting possibilities and your on­ board analog BBD delay which creates a wash of spiraling echoes and resounding warmth.

C:

G:       
Ah, alright I missed your sensitivity, your other­ worldliness, your unpredictability, your unique timbre. To name a few. You are a glorious machine Clara, you know that! The day you finally came home was one of the happiest of my life. I was waiting for over a year till you came into my life and my living room. Do you promise to spend more time with me from now on?

G:       
Yes I do.

C:       
And will we go on holidays together? G:  Yes we will.

C:       
I cannot stand humidity and direct sunlight! And I need a Siesta from 2–4 pm every day. And finally get me a tuner!

G:       
I know. I know… And 20 minutes of warm up, not a soul or object around you … Your demands are endless, you weirdo.

C:       
When will we get on stage?

C:
